Important Casting Notice

Date selection is contingent upon being cast for the show - selecting availability does not guarantee participation or confirm your casting status. Final filming schedules will be confirmed only after the casting process is complete.

Eligibility and Participation

Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid identification and legal authorization to work/participate
No current legal disputes that would prevent participation
Agreement to all show rules and production requirements

Production Rights and Media Usage

Media Release: By participating, you grant ṢOGBÉDÈ and its production partners the right to:

Record, film, and photograph your participation
Use your name, likeness, and voice for broadcasting and promotion
Edit and distribute content across various media platforms
Retain rights to all recorded material in perpetuity

Limitation of Liability

ṢOGBÉDÈ, its producers, and affiliated parties are not liable for:

Injury or harm during travel to/from production locations
Personal property damage during filming
Emotional distress related to competitive outcomes
Technical failures affecting show participation or prizes

Prize Terms and Conditions

Prizes awarded are subject to the following conditions:

Winners responsible for any applicable taxes
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash
Prize fulfillment within 90 days of show conclusion
Additional terms may apply to specific prize categories

Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Major changes will be communicated to active participants via email or SMS.
